What exactly happens when a patient calls?

What if Visitly reception can't help with something?

It can transfer the call to the specialist or take the caller's details for a call back.

Can I pause bookings when I'm away?

Yes. One tap in the app pauses new phone bookings until you switch them back on.

Is my patients' data safe?

Yes. Your data is stored on infrastructure in the EU and handled in line with GDPR.
